Executive Assistant, Live Experience - Nickelodeon
Overview and Responsibilities
The Nickelodeon Experience department is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support and manage the day-to-day operations for the EVP, Nick Experience, SVP, Marketing, Nick Experience and SVP, Live Events, Nick Experience. This person will have frequent contact with high level Nickelodeon and Viacom executives as well as multiple SVPs and their direct reports, staff and other assistants.

Responsibilities:
Functions as extension of the EVP/SVP's by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues with an emphasis on sound judgment, initiative and confidentiality, with appropriate but minimal direction
Maintain calendar and flow of meetings executives demanding schedules
Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered and requests are addressed proactively and promptly
Answer all incoming phone calls and take messages. Respond and direct any calls to the appropriate department or person
Prepare and manage travel arrangements and T&E reports
Develop and assist with preparation of presentation material and agendas for daily, weekly and monthly staff meetings
Point person for Core Services floor space management for Nick Experience team
Run department staff meetings, outings and off sites
Gather agenda items and materials and develop agendas for meetings led by EVP
Manage executive relationships and engagements
Point of contact for internal ticket requests related to Nickelodeon live tours/events
Handle audio/visual, video conferencing and teleconferencing requests
Order office supplies as needed

Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience

Additional Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
Professional and polished while interacting with executives at all levels
Must be a highly organized, self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities at once
Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a collaborative team player with great initiative
Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and assertiveness
Long-term desire to assist
Previous entertainment and/or media experience preferred
