Seeking a detailed oriented candidate to assist in data entry, invoicing, and vendor account updates within an office setting. This position is located in Tampa, FL by the airport, with a Monday-Thursday schedule. This role does require 2 years+ Office Admin work experience. The role is paying $15/hr.
-Invoice and cut checks for vendor invoices, while maintaining vendor specific billing portals
-Type and file documents
-Create Product numbers and match to shipment labels
-Greet visitors as they arrive in lobby
-Other administrative tasks as they are assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Attention to detail
-2 years+ Administrative Assistant work experience
