The short term temporary Project Assistant role will be based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Your responsibilities - Documenting meetings and keeping records of assignments and progress - Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers - Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Utilizing online research tools to find information - Distributing project information to key partners - Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary - Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite - Highly skilled at database and file management - Ability to multitask effectively - BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required - Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures - 1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position - Excellent attention to detail - Good understanding of scanning - Solid understanding of working as an assistant - Proven knowledge of editing - Documentation experience highly desired - Data entry experience - Earlier work involving research - Wide ranging experience with proofreading - Strong familiarity with customer service - General familiarity with Microsoft Office - Practical knowledge of order entry - Quality experience with projects - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred - Previous experience working with typing 45 - 60 words per minute - Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel
