What you get to do every single day: -Search the internet for information -Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources -Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems -Create notes of tasks, files, and progress -Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product -Investigate reports and sheets of data -Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete -Effectively utilize all e-quote rating templates. -Combine, label and submit all needed information to obtain quote/declination using Adobe PDF, nuance Power PDF, and agency management systems. -Consult and collaborate with members of the team -Attend on-site and virtual meetings, seminars and programs
-1+ year of office experience -Excellent typing accuracy -Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired -Deep understanding of computer research -Expertise in data entry -Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work -Solid PC computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems -Proven track record of being a team player! -Aptitude to utilize electronic office equipment (scanners, fax machines, copiers) -Ability to work under minimal supervision!
