Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. May also schedule meetings and travel for executives.Primary responsibilities* Develops and maintains office forms and procedures. Assists with administrative tasks.* Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.* Receives guests and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department.* Operates listed office machines as required.* Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.* Duplicates and distributes materials.* Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.* Maintains office supply inventory.* Other duties as assigned by managerKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* High positive energy and flexibility.
