Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a GTM Team Administrator!

To support the Global Digital Workplace Go-To-Market Team in meeting logistics, communications, procurement and customer/vendor interactions

To be the Executive Administrator for several US and Japanese Executives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Help plan and organize team meetings and events
  • Support senior executives by organizing travel, calendar management, expense management and facilitating customer and partner interactions
  • Translate documents between Japanese and English
  • Communicate with business contacts to arrange meetings
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed by the team
  • Communicate with Tokyo headquarters as needed
  • Support the Go-To-Market team members as needed
  • Manage the logistics of the Foster City DWP office

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong personal organization skills
  • Strong Japanese and English language skills

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five to ten years of experience in administration and executive support
