CB Admin Management is a function within CB Business Support Management (BSM). The Admin Manager leads a centralized administrative team across the CB LOBs/Regions to promote superior administrative coverage to the businesses. This incorporates admin talent development and mobility, objective performance evaluations and compensation for our administrative staff and unified communications.
The team works in partnership with respective business managers, senior management and all front office and related functional groups (Office Support Management, Finance, HR, Real Estate, Compliance, Technology, etc.).
This position is accountable for:
Managing a team of approximately 30-40+ Administrative Assistants nationally either in a Region or a LOB
Ensuring exceptional and efficient end to end admin service delivery and business coverage
Managing the admin recruiting, hiring and training process
Managing the governance of core business processes
Ensuring admins are fluent in key policies and business practices (i.e. Expense Policy, etc.)
Independently owning all facets of the performance management process and compensation recommendations to ensure all firm requirements are completed thoroughly and timely
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A minimum of 5+ years of senior level administrative or other functional management experience, preferably in a large financial services organization. Internal candidate is highly preferred.
A strong track record in successful people, business and project leadership at both a local and regional level.
HR background and experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills- confident, organized and clear. Can effectively interact with all organizational levels.
Strong presentations skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
