The Executive Assistant (EA) will support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). A high level of confidentiality and discretion; along with excellent time management skills is imperative for the EA position. You will manage mostly business related tasks for the CRO such as creating reports, organizing travel logistics and accommodation, and other organizational tasks. To be successful in this role you should possess a detail understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, be a problem solver, handle advanced clerical duties, lead project management to support initiatives and strategic needs. The right individual must possess mastery-level skills related to scheduling for executive calendars, meeting planning and coordination, including communication with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels. In order to thrive in this role, the candidate must be enthusiastic, collaborative and eager to take on various tasks.

Executive Assistant:
Calendar and Schedule management, including rescheduling priorities effectively and proactively; with the ability to understand and anticipate challenges.
Preparing financial statements, preparing documents for review and presentation by board, committees and executives.
Anticipate the needs of the CRO and take immediate, thoughtful action.
Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Maintain hardcopy as well as electronic filing systems for all standard and confidential files.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Provide administrative support.

Office Manager:
Handle logistical needs for Market Appointments including catering needs, casting models, preparing showrooms, maintaining calendar overview document and communicating management attendees to CRO.
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Reconcile time and expense reports and manage weekly processing; ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
Code and approve invoices and maintain expense tracking excel document.
Point of contact for office needs such as, but not limited to supplies, suite maintenance and/or phone services.

Prepare all types of correspondence, majority independently, including letters, memos, agendas, and reports.
Prepare additional documentation as needed including composing, proofreading, formatting, and editing documents for Executive Senior Leaders when necessary.
Help organize office engagement and team events.

Oversee all task and duties pertaining to the Receptionist.

Key Stakeholders:
Chief Revenue Officer, Assistants to the CEO, VPs of Wholesale Sales, Planning, Ecommerce, Off Price and International, Wholesale Sales Team

Required Skills:
1. 3 years minimum experience working for a senior executive, ideally within the C-Suite
2. Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Strong analytical and project management skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, involving high-level communication both internally and externally.
5. Highly organized, able to prioritize with proven accuracy and attention to detail
6. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
7. Professional level verbal and written communication skills
8. A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
