HBK CPAs & Consultants, a large regional CPA firm is currently looking for a seasonal Administrative Assistant to join its team in the Princeton, NJ office.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. General office duties, including receptionist duties, filing, posting mail, etc.
  2. Processing of tax returns and financial statements;
  3. Typing various correspondence as well as proofreading as required;
  4. Assisting with scheduling, meeting confirmations and management of company-wide calendar;
  5. Assisting with special projects as needed;
  6. Assisting with management/procurement of all office supplies, stationary, etc.

Prior experience in a public accounting firm and/or other professional setting preferred.

Working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am 5:30 pm.During tax season (January through April 30th), you will be required to work Saturdays as well.

The ideal candidate must:

  1. Be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
  2. Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Have excellent telephone skills
  4. Be adept at multi-tasking
  5. Be detail oriented and able to work independently
  6. Have strong work ethic
