Position:

Hamadeh Educational Services (HES) is seeking highly motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this position you will assist in the day to day operations of the human resources functions including benefits, compensation, executive administration, employment, and employee relations.

The Academies will prepare its students to be independent lifelong learners and productive working members of a global society through acquired diverse knowledge, experiences and skills. The Academies shall provide an environment that encourages students to become upright responsible decision-makers, reflective of equity, respect and understanding, maximizing each individual s intellectual, physical, psychological and moral self by utilizing a unique safe and orderly environment that is conducive to learning to meet the challenges of this ever-changing world.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the HR department with implementing policies and procedures
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets, databases, and reports for auditing purposes
  • Assists new employee s with completing and submitting required documentation
  • Maintains up to date records of department projects and assignments
  • Assists in coordinating staff meetings related to the department projects and initiatives
  • Performs administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, and sorting mail for all departments and academies


Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in HR or related field required; Bachelor s Degree preferred
  • 1 year related to administrative experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel required
  • Proficient in the Arabic Language is preferred
