Responsibilities include email follow up, meeting scheduling, preparing budgeting summaries, project schedules, and analysis of information for function.
Provide classified and unclassified administrative support to include telephone, e-mail, video teleconference, correspondence, calendar management, visitor reception/escort and meeting planning, and execution support.
Support on/off-boarding of personnel
Office supply purchasing and tracking
Provide administrative support to program management and technical staff members.
Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
Prepare all necessary travel documents, including authorizations, vouchers, supplemental paperwork and make travel arrangements.
Ensure that all paperwork related to travel is promptly transmitted and submitted based on company policy and procedure.
Act professionally in all interactions with management staff, work colleagues, other government personnel, visitors and callers.
Assist with visitor clearance tracking
Track and monitor action items for successful completion using SharePoint or similar tool
Support the planning and coordination of office activities including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management plans and reports including Contract Delivery Requirement List (CDRLs)
Support tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies and regulations
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi task.
Youll Bring these Qualifications:
Typically has 7 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to related work experience.
Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a Ci Polygraph
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
Familiar with using SharePoint (ability to create/modify lists, document libraries, views, etc)
Experience coordinating project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracing action items for their successful completion
Experience planning and executing special project assignments to include task definition, scheduling, resource allocation, progress monitoring and reporting
