Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Cambridge, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to work in their Medical Affairs department. This position will be responsible for assisting with complex scheduling requests on behalf of the VP and other senior directors, coordinating lunch orders, preparing meeting materials, arranging travel, and other administrative duties as assigned. Excellent verbal and written skills required, as well as knowledge of all MS Office programs. College degree preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years related experience required, as well as experience managing calendars. This position is slotted to last around one (1) year, and can pay up to $23/hour depending on experience.
