Answer phones and direct calls
Coordinates and arranges general schedules, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares conference rooms, distributes meeting materials.
Welcoming and helpful in diverse settings.
Handles offer letters and pre-employment paperwork.
Maintains various Excel spreadsheets and databases.
Enter timesheet data and vendor data into QuickBooks
Organizes and maintains file system for personnel files, correspondence, reports and other records.
Provides a variety of general office support duties.
