The Operations Analyst proactively addresses potential problems within the building, as well as responds to issues as they arise across various departments. This helps to ensure correct and efficient delivery of our merchandise to our internal and external Customers. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform departmental tasks utilizing various system reports (Inventory, Vendor Compliance, COFE, WM/PKMS, Cognos, etc). Prioritize individual and team daily workload and make adjustments to support business need. Ensure the accuracy of our inventory through cycle count tasks as well as inbound/outbound audits. Identify and resolve inventory or order discrepancies using various systems and tools. Research root cause errors to provide resolution. Complete tasks in a timely, effective, and collaborative manner to best meet the needs of internal and external customers. Build partnerships and work collaboratively with associates, peers, Group Leads and Supervisors to meet shared objectives. Work closely with the Group Leads to identify and escalate areas of concern for proper resolution. Effective daily communication, both verbally and written, with business partners (cross-shift, cross-campus, Home Office/Supply Chain, support teams, vendors, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned. Required to assist Material Handlers and/or Merchandise Processors and must be able to perform the physical requirements of these positions as well as the physical aspects listed below: PHYSICAL ASPECTS INCLUDE: CONTINUOUS FREQUENT OCCASIONAL Walking Lift up to 10 lbs overhead Lift up to 50 lbs (floor to shoulder) Pinch up to 5 lbs Push / Pull up to 15 lbs Push / Pull up to 40 lbs Carry up to 10 lbs Carry up to 50 lbs Grip up to 15 lbs Grip up to 35 lbs Bending / Stooping / Reaching Overhead Reaching Standing / Sitting Stair Climbing Continuous = 67% to 100% Frequent = 34% to 66% Occasional = 1% to 33% QUALIFICATIONS: High school education or equivalent Three months previous Distribution Center experience or equivalent experience Must be adaptable to change by working within different departments Ability to perform basic math skills accurately including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Must be able to fill out paperwork and forms neatly and accurately Reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the job Manual dexterity is required High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications Strong data entry, computer keyboard, and/or adding machine experience Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills; including verbal/written communication Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
