Clerk will receive and maintain user presentation submissions for conferences, work with conference coordinators/track leaders to assign sessions and moderators, and send presenters information or acceptance letters. Clerk will assist in maintaining and updating conference agendas and work areas for and organize data for online publication pre-and post-event. Clerk will schedule approved meetings and communicate with team and conference presenters (internal and external) via phone and email. Clerk will assist with updating conference hot-lines and other internal resources, as well as serve as a contact for conference coordinators that are out of the office. Clerk will also process registrations and registration payments
